  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing directive 95/46/ec (General Regulation on Data Protection).

Following consultation of this site, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed. The “Owner” of their treatment is the Owner of the Website

The processing operations connected to the web services of this site take place at the above mentioned head office of the Data Controller and are carried out only by personnel expressly authorized by the latter, or by any third party suppliers in charge of occasional maintenance operations, appointed as Data Processors pursuant to article 28 of the RGPD. The data collected will be stored – for each type of data processed – only for the time necessary to fulfill the specific purposes indicated in the specific summary information displayed in the pages of the site and prepared for particular services.

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users who connect to the site, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc..) and other parameters relating to the operating system and computer environment of the user. These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

Data provided voluntarily by the user

Cookies are small text files containing a certain amount of information exchanged between a website and the user’s terminal (usually the browser). They are mainly used with the purpose of making websites work more efficiently and to provide information to the owners of the website itself. Cookies may be either session cookies or persistent cookies. Session cookies remain stored in the terminal for a short period of time and are deleted as soon as the user closes the browser. Their use is strictly limited to the transmission of session identifiers (consisting of random numbers generated by the server) necessary to allow the safe and efficient exploration of the site. Persistent cookies, on the other hand, remain stored in the user’s terminal until a predetermined deadline. Since they are not deleted directly when the browser is closed, they make it possible to remember the choices made by the user on the site as well as to collect information about the pages of the site visited by the user, the frequency with which the site is visited and to identify the navigation path of the users, in order to improve the experience on this site. Cookies, session cookies or persistent cookies, can be either First Party or Third Party depending on whether the person installing the cookies on the user’s terminal is the same operator of the site that the user is visiting (we will then talk about First Party cookies) or a different person (we will then talk about Third Party cookies).

Cookies used by this site

This website uses both First Party and Third Party cookies as it uses the functionality of Google Analytics services offered by Google Inc. Google Analytics uses “cookies” to collect and analyze information about the use of the website visited by the user. The Owner periodically checks its privacy and security policy and, if necessary, revises it in relation to regulatory, organizational or technological changes. In case of policy changes, the new version will be published on this page of the site.
